I have been away for a week because...
Hi everyone,
we are on the process of moving to our new house in Sisli, İstanbul..I will be living there with my cousin ...My aunt is here helping us move...We have a cosy house, alittle bit small but easy to heat. We are looking at the trees of an old Jewish and Italians' graveyard from our window of the living room. Close to transportation and very clean...We didnt have to paint the walls or whatsoever. Its gonna take some time settling for we have to work in the days and can only unpack our packages at nights. We will be more than pleased if you will come and visit us there...Tips: I'm planning to buy lotsa lotsa drinks and stuff:))))
I will be away in Izmir between 20- 25 Oct. So I wont be writing for my blog...See you after the holiday and take care allll......

congrats on your new place--it sounds great and cute. I remember Sisli, but can't remember where it is, exactly.
We're moving to LA in December. I'm dreading the physical move, but I'm excited otherwise. Anyway, have fun in Izmir...

thx capt'n...sisli lies between taksim and maslak (where pieter's house is), but much closer to taksim than it is to maslak...dont tell me about the physical move... iam in izmir for 2 days now but i still couldnt manage to get rid of the aching arms,knees, back...but anyway,i am glad that it finally is over and knowing that i will not go back to the dorm but to my house feels great...But u know what, you really should visit İzmir, u should..İstanbul is freezing but i guess i will swim here tomorrow...

Sounds like yr having fun down there in Izmir. How's the water? The Pacific ocean is cold now, I gotta wear my full wetsuit, no short stuff. A couple people are still out there in shorts and bikinis, but I consider them to be insane masochists. Or proud showoffs. But whatever for that.
